Wall-E (2008) A 超. 好. 看. 細膩的肢體動作實在是太驚人/令人感動了! http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3151 今天去圖書館拿預約的 Punch Drunk Love (!), 順便晃晃看還有什麼 DVD CD 書好借的. 結果看到 DVD 架幾乎半空, 才想到一定很多人都跑來借 DVD 為長周末作準備了! 其實我最想要借的是 Doctor Who season3, 之前看了一半還沒看完. 但是預約的隊還長長的呢. 所以我隨隨手抓了 Shield season2, 又借了 Lawrence Block 的 Hit Parade (之前在書店看, 結果上禮拜要再去看時, 發現已經賣掉了. 可惡!) 和 LB 的短篇小說. 想著長周末可以好好來看書, 於是又挑了幾本中文書: 蘇偉貞的時光隊伍, 蘇童的哭泣的耳朵還有山本文緖的有家可歸的戀人們. 真是開心呀. 可惜 Jon Lee Anderson 寫的 Che Guevara ... http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3150 這家 Yuki 不像之前在 Sunnyvale 把我氣的要死的那家 Yuki (一定不是連鎖企業), 沒有一次讓我失望過. 今天中午我自己光顧 Yuki. Yuki 是一家即使只有一個人去吃, 也能吃到豐富不單調又平價的好吃日本料理. 每天中午的 Lunch Special 任選兩樣主菜只要$10. 除了菜單上固定的五種, 黑板上每天都會有將近十種不同的菜色. 我通常都會點可樂餅 (有時可樂餅會跟炸豬肉餅搭配) 或是味增鮭魚燒, 再搭配別的. 我吃過特別好吃的有咖哩豬排, 牛肉壽喜燒 (只看過一次, 大概太虧了 XD), 鮭魚茶泡飯+snapper. 而今天我點了味增鮭魚燒跟奶油蛤蜊, 配上它附的小菜: 味增湯, 沙拉, 涼麵和白飯, 吃得超飽超滿足的! 回程的路上都還可以感覺到唇齒間奶油的香蛤蜊的鮮. 好幸福呀! http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3149 heard the name quite often but never checked it out. But I still prefer ... http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3148 下班後跟 chun, Flora, Andrew 衝向 Pleasanton, 塞車沒有我想像的那麼嚴重, 只塞了一小小段. 所以抵達 Fair ground 時沒有太晚. 停好車, 買了票, 我們不顧旁邊像我們招手的各種食物與攤子, 直奔 Fastball 的表演場地. 天氣很好, 我們離舞台蠻近的, 還可以舒服地坐著聽表演. 不過他們好像不太習慣唱那麼早的場子, 嗓子好像還沒開, 尤其是最後一首表演的新歌 Soul Radio, 合音聽起來實在很怪. 晚場的表演證明了我們的推論, 曲目有一點點不同, 卻比前一場好聽很多! 他們這次除了幾首必唱的 hits 之外 (像是 The Way, Over My Head, Vampire 等.) 唱了很多新專輯的歌, 其中 Little White Lies, All I Was Looking ... http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3147 今天腦中一直播著 Gravity. http://youtube.com/watch?v=5mULa8WxTa4 Something always brings me back to you. I never wanted anything so much than to drown in your love and not ... http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3145 上周六隨手抓了幾個人出去吃晚餐, 因為不想花大錢, 所以隨便找家 yelp 上評價還不錯的 Yuki @ Sunnyvale (不是 Fremont 那家 Yuki 喔!) 結果實在不怎麼樣. 也許午餐來隨便吃吃還不錯吧, 但晚餐就完全不行. 我們每個人花了 $18 大洋. 結果星期三又召了幾個人去吃 Tanto (因為我跟 chun 上周末都沒有好好吃) 我們四個人點了炸蓮藕碎蝦片, 紫蘇包魚板夾明太子, 炸飯團, 炒烏龍麵, 馬鈴薯豬肉煎餅, 一碗有點像湯的豆腐牛蒡, 再加上手工冰淇淋澆黑糖灑黃豆粉配小湯圓當甜點. 一個人也才花 $16. 真是太過份了! 以後我只吃 Tanto 啦! 話說, 下次去 SF 也該吃吃 Le Charm 了. http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3144 family history check BXHMO coverage make appt http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3143 打算星期六去看 A's v Giants. 灣區大戰應該很熱鬧. 本來有想過要在 SF 板找人, 不過最近 SF 板變得有點可怕, 也許請小愛*幫我po文吧! :p 其實自己去也是可以的, 但是這樣就沒有人幫忙佔位子, 沒人幫我買食物 (因為我不喜歡漏看任何一局), 而且賽後坐 Bart 到 Fremont 的人還蠻少的, 冷清的有點恐怖. 想說查一下投手吧, 如果星期六是小胖投, 那就更該去了. 雖然他目前在競爭美聯敗投投手的行列, 但小胖還是我最愛的投手, 也許我的主場加持可以讓他拿到一勝也說不定! 結果發現今天對 Phillies 的比賽是小胖投, 害我有點想下班殺去 Coliseum, 但是... 外套不太夠. orz 小愛 = Mark Ellis XD http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3142 好累, 但是最近還是常常捨不得去睡. 不過這篇文章不是要講我最近多麼睡眠不足. 今天早上大約七點, 我才睡了沒幾個小時, 忽然被外面掃落葉的聲音吵醒. 如果是規律的聲音像是冷氣或是外面水池噴水馬達都還沒有關係, 但那樣掃掃停停的, 讓我整個無法再度入睡. 翻了幾下都睡不著, 覺得很討厭. 於是我決定用力地關窗戶以示抗議. 我哄的一聲把窗戶用力關上, 感覺那個掃地人有抬頭看了一下. 窗戶剛關上的那瞬間我就後悔了, 也許關上窗之後我根本就不會再聽到掃地聲, 那我幹嘛還要讓他知道有人覺得他早上掃地很吵呢. 有點愧疚 orz 結果之後我真的沒再聽到掃地聲, 不知道是隔音好還是他不敢在掃了. http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3141 don't comfort me like some croats on XT, I don't think I can bear to watch the rest of the tournament. Let's go Oakland, clap clap http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3136 6/10/2008 @ Orpheum Theatre, SF 熱鬧有趣, 聽說電影拍得跟原劇沒什麼兩樣. 不過故事我不太喜歡, 覺得有點無聊. 我還是比較喜歡辛辣一點, 像是 Spelling Bee, Avenue Q 這種, 不然就是時代兒女(!?)劇, 像是 Jekyll & Hyde, The Scarlet Pimpernel. http://ashley.yichi.org/archives/3135 6/8/2008 2pm @ City Light Theatre, San Jose Aaron Sorkin 寫的劇本, 在 92 年曾被搬上大螢幕, 由 Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, Demi Moore, Kevin Becon, Kiefer Sutherland 等演出, 該片是我的 all-time favorite 之一. 最近 Downtown San Jose 的 City Light 戲院製作了這齣戲, 想當然我就招了招親朋好友去看了. 這個製作的主角選了個長相身型都跟 Tom Cruise 極為類似的演員 (見圖). 戲分成上下兩幕, 很緊湊, 演員也表現得很棒, Downey 坐在證人席上那幕, 我幾乎都要哭了.
