房租跟奉獻的支票同時被存，還沒有看明細前發現怎麼checking足足少了一千塊，嚇我一大跳，想說 BOA 吃錢不是這種吃法的吧，氣急敗壞地看 detail，原來是一周前開的支票啊... orz
不過，這個月才過 1/3 怎麼錢好像就花得差不多了似的 o_o
(好啦，車保險是額外支出!)

月初購物欲...在 Amazon 訂了些東西，因為是用他的 $25 Free Shipping，所以昨天它在寄出來，結果今天就收到囉! 好開心。
因為 Amazon 上面沒有圖案，收到才知道原來它的本店招牌菜是這麼古典的版本，
小小一本精裝書，封面還燙金字。害我一點也捨不得打開外面的塑膠膜...
其實它比我想像的還要來得小本，大概是因為謀殺專門店的那本非常厚的關係，
(大概是我收到這本的五倍吧 XD)
希望原文的也是一樣好看，這可是一本收藏書啊... (花了我二十幾塊呢! >

看到一些東西
熟悉又陌生的感覺
本來就應該陌生吧
短短的兩三個月比起六七年，沖淡似乎是很容易並理所當然的事。

有些事情還覺得好近好近，有些事情卻感覺很遙遠

本來要寫篇關於"政治正確"這個用詞被錯誤地濫用的文章，
但今天雖然沒有發了瘋似的忙，也是三不五時被召喚去做這修那，
沒有足夠的時間好好地組織一篇文章。
現在雖然有空了，不過好懶，一點也不想動腦筋，
好想趕快回家睡覺喔...
偏偏還得洗頭跟看已經積了四小時的電視
(更別提小山似的 DVD 了)
所以，不寫了，下次心血來潮再說。

Jon Stewart 很遺憾地令人失望。雖然我沒有看過他的節目，但在他去年拿下兩座 Emmy 之後，我就一直對他頗有好感。雖然 Billy Crystal 永遠是我心目中最棒的 Oscar 主持人，但今年聽說是 Jon Stewart 我還是很期待他的表現。結果今年的 Oscar 出乎意料的難以忍受，我已經很盡力地要去喜歡 Jon Stewart 了。一開始的影片就普普，不是很好笑。Jon Stewart 在前兩個小時看起來都很緊繃，也許就像 Mercury News 上說的，他真的只是個 Outsider 吧。人生地不熟，加上是Boradcast 的節目而非 cable，也許他主持起來就很綁手綁腳。比較不錯的是他對 Bjork 的 remark, best actress ads, cowboy montage of clips，其他的像是 Tom Hanks 的 "How we're going to keep it short" clip 倒是有夠可悲兼小格局，不過也有可能是因為我本來就討厭 Tom Hanks。唉，不知道 Jon Stewart 主持完之後心裡有何感想。
大獎項幾乎都跟我預測 (或是說希望）的差不多, [...]

看完三小時的 miniseries，有夠好看。
聽說 miniseries 比第一季還好看, we'll see.

終於看了 Crash，果然沒有辜負我對它的期望，也有可能因為有人跟我說很難看，所以我降低了期望也不一定。
在大 LA 地區兩天中發生的故事，看似不相干的人生交織在一起。不同的種族間對彼此的看法，對自己的看法，複雜的情結，細膩並寫實地被呈現出來，整整兩個小時都有種繃在弦上的感覺。老實說，我一直很提心吊膽怕下一秒哪個人就掛了。其實我蠻排斥太過暴力血腥的東西，尤其是都漸漸對角色生出感情來了。但是像 Sin City 那種完全是拍成電影的漫畫 (跟由漫畫改編成的電影是不一樣的東西喔) 我就很喜歡，然而 Hostage 我就看得頗痛苦，雖然精彩，但是痛苦。
Crash 的故事性很強，但是有個美中不足的地方 (單單對我而言美中不足)，就是他的選角。太多我認識的人，而他們以往的角色已經在我心中建立起太過強烈的刻板印象，因此在電影中顯得不夠有說服力。(雖然旁邊一直有人在說 "哇~演得好好喔。" 很抱歉我還是覺得他們很奇怪。最嚴重的就是 Brandon Frasier 這對夫妻，剛好是兩個我超討厭的演員，我一直覺得 Sandra Bullock 下一刻就要跳起來搞笑了，而 Frasier 真是一點 DA 的樣子都沒有。(是的，這是我對他們兩個人的偏見，這就不用戰了。) 再來就是 Jennifer Esposito，別誤會，我愛死她了。但是她在 Related 中的大姊形象已經深深地烙在我腦海，所以看這片中的她，我實在不知道該對她有什麼感覺，我沒辦法正確地辨認出她在電影裡到底是怎麼樣的一個人。另外，她明明就是義裔美國人，為什麼她的角色要是 Puerto Rican+El Salvador 啊?
看完電影之後，有人開始爭論起究竟該 Brokeback Mountain 得獎還是 Crash，其實這部給我的感受比較深。但 Brokeback Mountain 描寫感情的細密動人也是無庸至疑。話說回來，Capote 也很不錯啊，男主角給 Philip Seymour Hoffman吧。然後 Best Picture 給 Crash，Best Director 給李安? 這樣安排如何? XD

以前很喜歡 Morgan Weisser 的，現在看卻覺得沒有印象中的帥，也許是口味變了吧。
但是因為他，我特別喜歡 Nathan 這個名字喔... :D
