2001 Noah Cabernet Sauvignon
It first smelled better than I expected. Though I had high praise for it when I purchased it, isn't it so every time? And I swirled it to let it breathed. The smooth earthly smell disappeared. The first sip, when it was still on my tongue , it was silky and tender. As it went down from the center of my tongue to the throat, it's too acidic, overwhelmed the faint presence of oakness and all those things i like about a cab,
guess i should have drunken it earlier. it's definitely pass its peak. no more stacking wine!
